Sounds intriguing but I wonder how that work?
Technically, you be paying for support twice, right? I don’t know if you can remove the cost of support from your Epicor maintenance agreement.
Additionally, would an outside support really have the ability to provide quality support as new issues arise? I would think they would need access to Epicor systems to have access to the same resources.
