One of our user login to Epicor, pc pop up this error. I had test use this user account to login at other pc same error. But use other user account are able to login. Appreciate any reply. Thanks!
Remove any personalizations for that user.
May I know how to remove user’s personalization? Is it possible remove from MS SQL? I do not have purge tool.

But you do have the purge tool, it’s called “Customization Maintenance.” Search for the Personalization, open it, press the Delete button.
