Epicor Add New Not Allowed

A user is attempting to use the Receipt Entry form but keeps getting an error “Form is in Read-Only mode - Add New Not Allowed”. I do not see this error when using the Receipt Entry form myself. Is there some setting (perhaps a Personalization?) that causes this message?

Have you checked the Menu Maintenance to see if the Read Only flag is on?

It is not marked for Read Only there.

We had the same thing just yesterday. I had the person log out of Epicor and back in and it worked fine. My guess is the client did not start up correctly on their computer.
