How does a 'bad database record' occur?
Ours looks fine in the Cutomer Shipment Screen, but not when it is printed.
Has anyone else had similar issues?

Chris, not the same but similar. In Shipment Entry I was getting a default ship to (always the same one) not matter who the customer was. Mine was on the Pack out Screen. I put in a support call and then gave me a fix, said it was a bad database record

Hi,
We have created a packing slip for a customer where their ship to address is the same as there billing address.
However, on the report, in the Sold To details it is pulling through the correct Fax No/Email Address, but in the Ship To Details it is pulling through the Fax No/Email Address that is completely unlinked to this order or customer.
No matter which customer we create a Packing Slip for, it will always show the same fax/email in the Ship To Details.
Does anyone else have this same problem?
Cheers,
CHRIS
