I am about to start an Epicor 9 upgrade from Avante and am hoping to find other businesses that have been down this road that might be willing to speak with me about their implementation. We are a manufacturing company that has a big parts and service business for the products we manufacture and sell. Some of our big challenges relate to integrating enginerring change into production, managing spares inventories, RMA's,restocking fees, core charges, tracking service issues and resolutions. If there is anyone out there that would be willing to share thie experience in these areas I would love to hear from you.
