Wondering where within Epicor 9 CRM a CRM user has the ability to enter a "To-Do" list. We have tasks associated with a sales workflow, but these tasks are fixed to our sales process. I am looking for a way to enter tasks that are generated as a result of a sales activitiy. ie. Called cusotmer today, they requested that I call them back next Thursday at 9:00am. Where can I enter the task to call thgem back next Thursday and be reminded that I need to do it? Any thoughts out there?
