Epicor 9.05.607 to 9.05.702a Upgrade Error

I have a customer that has two servers.  Server A is their Production Machine and is 9.05.607b and Server B is their conversion test box and is running 9.05.702a.  This is a Progress environment.

I took a database copy from Server A and moved it into Server B in the Test environment.

I was able to successfully run the Epicor Schema Change but when attempting to access the Admin Tools (to run the mandatory conversions) I am greeted with a Warning Message that says:

Your database codepage does not match your session codepage.  This could potentially cause data corruption.  Do you want to continue?

Has anyone seen this before?  If not, I will place a support call.
