Epicor 10 Social Enterprise - Notification Source authentication problem

I have installed and configured the social enterprise extension following the installation guide. I am able to log into social enterprise using the initial account where source is Epicor Social (default.) However, I am unable to log into the notification source we configured. I have confirmed all the settings are correct and the tests are valid. When I attempt to log in, I get this:

Any reason why it is prompting me for a login? I have confirmed that my user account is set up properly under User Security and also added this notification source to the user account in social enterprise user management. I have confirmed the domain account we are using is tied to a Epicor account that has single sign on enabled. Windows authentication is enabled for the social enterprise website. This same account is used for CDC Log Reader. This account is a member of the IIS_IUSERS group on the web server.

I am not sure what else I am missing. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Mike,
Did you ever get any answers to this? I am setting ESE up for the first time and could use some guidance.

Thanks,
Eric

I am not as far as you but did you set it up in Company config?

Hi Eric,

We have decided to not use Social Enterprise as we don’t really see the benefit in our environment. Sorry I don’t have an answer for you.
