I have run the client via remote desktop and have had no issues. Keep in mind that if you aren't storing anything for them then the software will never cache for them and first time use is always a little slow while everything caches. However, we have had no problems with our remote users using remote. Might wanna go back and check connections settings and what not. Also if you aren't using at least a gigabit backbone, it'll probably be slow.
We're currently on Epicor 10.0.700.4. We have a multitude of users who work on remote desktops on a Server 2008 R2 environment.
Their experience is excruciatingly slow.
Anyone else experiencing slow response times from Epicor on remote desktops?
