We have verified items 1 -3 and then installed the help as directed, tested the URL and it appears to work, re-deployed the help in the System Admin Counsel and then retested to get the same results of :Unable to load

Do you have the help url in the client config files?
I ran into a bug when deploying ours. Turns out that it didn’t like the default name I had entered for it. I forget what it was, something typicaly like Epicor10Help, but I re-ran the Help Installer and gave the install a new name, EP10Help or something like that. Re-added that link in the company config and Help kicked off just fine. No harm in re-running it, especially if it’s not working yet for you.
