We had a problem where Enterprise Search was not working. I exported the certificate and imported it to the workstations and now it works. BUT only in the modern shell, the Kinetic view still doesn’t return any results through the search bar.
In Company Maintenance in the Search URL make sure you have the Fully Qualified Domain Name in the ES URL. For example: https://server.domain.local:8098/search/SearchIndex.
Log out and back in and test ES in Kinetic.
