Enterprise Search Management problem

I have followed the instructions for setting up Enterprise Search for E10. We have registered the search and set SQL server for search indexing. Search DB created and indexed. We can access the URL, enter our credentials and then we are presented with a search box. However, a search result always come back with this:

An error occurred while retrieving your search results.
Status: Internal Server Error (500)
NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM is not setup for single sign-on.

We have ensured the user account has Allow Enterprise Search enabled
Our user account has domain and user ID specified
We have set the default URL in Company Maintenance and selected Global URL

If anyone has a fix, please let me know.

I was able to resolve this issue. I failed to check the Application Pool EES Permissions and noticed it was still set to Local System. Once we set the account and allowed that account Session Impersonation, it worked.
