I’m having an issue where an Enterprise Search will return a list of items but when you click the hyperlink it returns an error.
Menu ID OMMT 3001 is not valid for current user
This error only occurs for one user. Her profile is setup exactly like another person, who is able to use Enterprise Search and click the link, so I’m unsure of where the issue lies.
Make sure he has the same Security Groups assigned in User Security Mtc and also check the Menu via Menu Maintenance, perhaps the other User was added manually to the Allow list of that Menu.
Once you do add him/her to Security Groups or change anything with Security, have the user restart their Epicor Client.
OMMT3001 would be Order Entry
