Hey all. I am trying to use tasks, task sets, and workflow groups. I have been able to set them all up, and load a workforce group with a task set in engineering work bench. However, when I go to the “Tasks”>“Maintenance” and click update to update the task completion, nothing happens. All the fields are greyed out, and there is nothing I can do.
Is there something I am missing? I can go to actions> create task, create a task, and complete that, just not existing ones from the task set.
Thanks for the response! I have never used that form before. I loaded it, but cannot load tasks into it. I hit the Actions>ECO Workbench process, and nothing happens. I know I am doing something wrong. Do I have to have the CRM module to do this?
Ignore that. I figured it out. I had to set up a workforce, set users to the workforce, and assign those to the workflow group. Once I did that, I was able to get it all to work. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction!
