End Production Activity Error

We have an operation on a job that was started in MES for 850 pieces. When the employee went to end production activity at 850 pieces, and check the “complete” box it will give them an error of “Nullable object must have value” went clicking the “OK” box. However, when we deselect the “complete” box and click the “OK” button, it works. Anyone have a similar issue? Any help is appreciated!

Zach, just to clarify, if the job is for 850 and the user is entering 850 in the Current Qty (aka complete qty) box and 'tab’s away, the complete box checks automatically, yes? I will let others weigh in on all the transactions that occur in the background with that Complete checkbox, but I know it’s more than just bound to a field. A trace may be necessary to find out what’s failing.

Yes, the complete check box and the request move check box are automatically turning to “TRUE.”

Is the error consistent?
Do you have a customization on the screen or a BPM on End Activity?
Could a restart of the client application clear it.
Perhaps do a Clear Client Cache
Delete all the temp files.
Is it repeatable?
Is it only a one user?
Is it only on one computer?

I hid the “Complete” and checkbox from my team. They were not understanding what the COMPLETE meant. Job was for 10 and they completed 2, so they were checking it.
