Currently, we having an issue with to end activity in MES.
Every day got at least 1 job that we cannot clock out.
We already try to end the activity use the standard Epicor screen but still hit the error.
Can you provide the full error stack(event viewer or enabling server logging) and also which version of the ERP are you using?
Did you ever get a resolution to this?
run the MES on basic layer of customization, and switch all relevant BPM (data, and method) off and repeat the transaction, if worked, then start with the BPM switch them on one by one with repeating the transaction each time until you find the cause
