EMW had an update last Thursday and we have not been able to receive anything using the handhelds since then. Has anybody else experienced this? I have a ticket open with Support, but with the time difference between the US and Australia (Biscit), I’m finding it hard to get any updates.
It took a few days, but it’s definitely a bug in 3.3.4. I had to download 3.3.3 and install the .apk.

Mainly I’ll say yes. I feel I haven’t really spent enough time with it as we basically set up our processes for go live, and now I’d like to really dig in and see what we can do. The units do the job, and do them well.
The only downside is Biscit is based in Australia which has made some of our support cases lag quite a bit, but the issues typically get resolved fairly quickly.
