Email Trigger 15 days prior on Part Warranty expiry days

I need to trigger email 15 days prior than the Part Warranty expiry date.
Can anyone me help me out this ?

Scheduled function with a check for it.

Maybe a baq for the check.

Thank you for the reply ,

There is one UDF as Warranty at Part master, there From date and To date is defined.
We need to trigger email on the basis of 15 days prior than To Date.

Please suggest the solution on it.
