I bought the standard version for $40.00 per user. Only difference
between standard and pro is pro allows you to encrypt the PDF, move
pages and add a table of contents to a PDF. Typical users probably do
not require the Pro version.

We use PDF Factory Pro. The nice thing about it is that you do not have
to save the pdf file to disk before attaching it to an e-mail.
PDF Factory appears as another printer in your Windows print menu and
auto-launches PDF Factory's application when you print to it. You can
then save the file, or send it directly to your e-mail as an attachment,
Outlook in our case. Works great! You can download the free version of
the program from their website(www.fineprint.com) for testing, the only
difference I have noticed with the free version is that it prints a
footer on the bottom of every page which advertises their product.
Otherwise I believe it to be as fully functional as the licensed
version. I believe the license cost was about $99 per user.
