If anybody is interested there is a way to do this with Open Source
software too (FREE). All you need is:
Ghostscript: http://www.ghostscript.com/
Redmon: http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/redmon/
...and just follow the 'PDF Writer' instructions here:
http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/redmon/en/redmon.htm. Very simple.
