There's not a "real quick" way to do this, short of doing some custom
programming or implementing APM.



However, your user could probably save a few steps by either:

(1) Displaying the order/PO in print preview, exporting to a PDF, then
emailing the PDF.

(2) Installing a cheap pdf-printer, like CutePDF or something similar.
Print to the printer, choose email, and it will likely save a step over #1
above.

New to Vantage...

Our Customer Service person currently uses copy and paste to email orders
and PO's out. Is there something that can be setup to have an email icon on
the toolbar so she can email the document to the customer?
I have worked on other ERP systems that have this feature...
