Email configuration for Business Activity Manager in 6.0

You have to have Vantage minimized when you go to view the file. Some
open and others don't. The basic philosophy at Epicor has been we fixed
it in 6.1 why don't you upgrade to 6.1. That's a summation I received
last year.

Subject: [Vantage] Email configuration for Business Activity Manager in
6.0

Has anyone out there been able to view the global alert attachments
(vdl files)in Vantage 6.0. I have changed the settings in the Company
configuration and changed the file association for the VDL files, to no
avail. Is there a secret that I'm not aware of. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
