I have created a quick search for the Quote Entry screen where it displays only sellable parts as well.
I have created another for the Sales Order Entry screen where it displays only sellable parts too.
They both use the same BAQ, but if I set one as the base default and context default when called from the Quote Entry screen, it won't let me use the 2nd quick search as the Base Default and Context Default from the SO Entry screen when it is called from the SO Entry screen.
I dont want to / cant set it as All Occurances because I dont want this search on screens such as PO Entry, Job Entry etc.
Any ideas how I do it?

If you create a quick search and click on all occurences. Then wherever there is a custid field your quick search will be available as in the cust tracker

Thanks,
Karens suggestion is actually how I stumbled across it. I ended up changing the BAQ that it was using and editing the criteria for the quick search.
It was already in the system, I assume as a default since its a new installation and no one else working on the system has made any to my knowledge.
Although I now know how to craete new quick searches, I still have to figure out how to make them show up on the customer tracker, customer search, but that's unnecessary for now since the cust search works the way I want.
Thanks again everyone!
Aaron

That quick search you said was already created? By whom? If so you can search for that quick search and see what baq it is using anD edit it to include customer name or start another one
