Is anyone using CTP in conjunction with EDI?
I am struggling with partial reservation consistency.
Most of the time, an order-line only reserves when 100% of the requested line qty is available in stock.
But once in a while, when only a partial amount is available, CTP does reserve the partial amount.
I’ve run plenty of tests with a partial amount available and CTP doesn’t reserve a thing.
I don’t care which way CTP handles this scenario, but I need it to handle it the same way each time. Consistency.
Any thoughts would be appreciated
