Edge Agent Not Detected - on browser

I have been working in many SaaS environments now, and have now tripped across this on Time and Expense.
It won’t let me go any further - anyone else run into this?
Have tried loading the Edge agent -
Odd thing is that I have been able to do quote to cash with no issues.
Just can’t modify a labot record.

It’s probably trying to open a Classic version of the Time and Expense entry from the browser. Since the release of 2023.2 version the browser is able to open a seperate version of the Kinetic client for a particular screen, in this case Time and Expense entry. Once you’ve set up the Edge Agent for your environment, Kinetic browser will open Time and Expense in the Kinetic client with the Classic version of the program.

I got that error in the Training environment for a client that didn’t have AMM installed but the Resources and Resource Groups still had the “Auto Move” checkbox selected. Manually unselecting the checkbox on all RGs and Rs on the job solved the problem.

I have been facing similar issue, some of the users on our client side are getting this error when they try to check the Quote checkbox

Any heads up regarding this ?
