Can anyone assist with a procedure to manually remove EDD from Kinetic?

I am having problems installing EDD and I want to make sure I remove all the components prior to attempting to reinstall. I tried using the remove option in Admin Console but it is as though it does not remove successfully.

For anyone interested the problem here was AV. Once I disabled it completely I was able to remove and install without any issues.

I will post what exclusions to add once I have tested.
