ECO parts checked out report ? Va ntage 8.03 - where do I look

I do a lot of queries via ODBC -  which can obviously be done in BAQ as well.

Here's the SQL commend created by MSQuery
SELECT ECORev_0.GroupID, ECORev_0.PartNum, ECORev_0.RevisionNum, ECORev_0.CheckedOutBy, ECORev_0.CheckOutDate
FROM MFGSYS.PUB.ECORev ECORev_0
WHERE ECORev_0.CheckedOut=1


Here's what a BAQ Query Phrase would look like
for each ECORev where (  ECORev.CheckedOut = true) no-lock .

Can anyone help me with a report I need to identify if there are any parts “Checked out” in Engineering Workbench.  Are there any DB tables that house this information.  Any canned report?  Thanks..
