My company uses E9 currently in our Production environment and we also have an instance of E10 for the training portion. We ran into an issue with our E10 environment. Epicor support said I’d have to re-migrate E9 to E10. Our E9 is SQL. Do I have to do a full migration? Or can I do a backup of E9 Training DB and restore it to E10? I’m fairly new to the sys admin portion of Epicor. Any help is appreciated!

You should look at the Cloud Converter Services they are amazing, cost effective and much faster than doing the migration in house.
