Hi All,
We discovered a conflict between Avalara and InSite Manifest when shipping to Puerto Rico.
Avalara requires that the country be US, which is technically correct, but Manifest requires the country to be Puerto Rico, which is a UPS limitation.
It appears that there is no way to fool either system.
I reached out to support but haven’t gotten anywhere yet.
Is there anyone else in this same situation?
If yes, do you have a workaround?
