E9: Moving Job Material to Inspection

Unfortunately no. In this case the receipts was already invoiced.
We ended up creating a nonconformance for the job material based on other feedback in the group.

Thanks for everyone’s input.

Subject: [Vantage] E9: Moving Job Material to Inspection

Hi All,

It’s been a while since I’ve worked with the QA module.
A buyer forgot to check off Inspection Required on a PUR-MTL po line. As a result the material went straight to the job. The parts are physically sitting in the inspection department but they can’t see if in Inspection Processing for them to process.

How do I move the material from the job to Inspection so that they can complete the inspection process?
