E9: Mass printing of AR Invoices

We created the report from scratch using ODBC to get the data from our
SQL database.
We use Saberlogic Logicity (free) Scheduler to run the report each
night.
It was actually not all that difficult to accomplish.

I looked into printing multiple invoices with a stand alone report in
Crystal starting with the ARForm.rpt file but it relies on an XML file
as input which is related to one invoice number in the invoice tracker
Report Definition and I don't see a way to tweak the process used when
the reporting is done along with posting invoices. Did you recreate a
new rpt file from scratch or were you able to copy the ARForm report and
change the datasource from the XML to access the SQL tables directly
without alot of rework?

Hi All,



Right now, it I need to print 50 posted AR Invoices, I need to use AR
Invoice Tracker and print each invoice one at a time.

Maybe I'm missing something but I think that is the only option.



Has anyone come up with a way to print multiple invoices at a time?
Meaning, selecting multiple invoices and then clicking print one time.

Can't you create a group and mass print them from the group? I think that is how it is done here for A/R invoices...And at the previous company that I worked for also. This is on version 8.03.409C - is it changed on newer versions?

Thanks for the reply.

You can do this when you're creating the invoices and before the group
is posted but in this particular case, the invoices are already posted
so that group is gone.

Can't you create a group and mass print them from the group? I think
that is how it is done here for A/R invoices...And at the previous
