E9 & Insite for Vantage

I believe that Insite gets  Ship To info. I don’t think it cares about Billing info.

 

I still don’t know what report you are referring too – is it out of Insite? Or a Report in Epicor?

 

You can use the reference fields under Manifest info - Â to put info that will get passed to Insite.

 

I have found that Insite Support is really good and I would give them a call.

I am trying to add 5 digit BILL TO CUSTOMER number to the report for each shipment. What I am wondering is how does Insite Manifest - Integrated Manifesting System for Vantage tie into/with Epicor. 


Also how do I go about adding the 5 digit BILL TO CUSTOMER number. I tried to do it through Insite, but it looks as though it is not customizable. Also, I tried to maneuver my way around Epicor and go into the Shipping and Receiving details, but was unsuccessful at finding what I am looking for. Any ideas?
