E9 - Demostration Datbase - Progress

That is only the connection for the Admin Console.

You need to go into the PET on your Admin Workstation, or the OpenEdge
Explorer web tool on the Epicor Server to make sure they are shutdown.

You can also just shut down the Admin Service, and then manually kill off
any processes that start with a _ or are a java.exe if they don't shutdown
on their own. Normally you shouldn't do this, but I believe this is just a
test server and the training DB, so you don't need to worry about data
corruption from my POV.

You can also edit any start/stop scripts you may have on your vantage server
to use them on your new Epicor 9 Test Server.

connected, Same with EpicorTrain.

It means the database is currently running, make sure all the appservers are
turned off for the training database and the training database is shutdown.

Okay, I made it to the part to "restore" demonstration Database. I followed
the directions :( but I receive an error

"the database is in use in the multi-user mode"

I am going to search epicors website, but I thought I would try here too...
At least I got past the admin tools not running.
