We are getting ready for the final push towards Epicor 9 (from Vantage 6.1), which we hope to have launched by Oct 1 of this year. We are interested in finding a consultant to work with on this project who is strong in BPM's as well as the finite scheduling process.
We would want someone familiar with our industry (contract mfg, machining, sheet metal fab) and, ideally, someone nearby (SF Bay Area) so we're not spending all our money on travel expenses. Can anyone suggest how best to go about beginning the selection process?
