Did you assign your price list to the customer? Normally, it’s the best
way to do it, and the discount and unit pricing is working really well...



Or you can send me a print screen or something from your price list and
order entry screen and I’ll try to help you make it work!

I have been working in the TEST environment today with Price List Entry and
Order Entry. I created a test PO's, percentages, Price Per. etc in the
Price List and then went to the Order Entry to create a new order. In the
Order Entry, when I click on Price Lists button, it doesn't pull in the
Price List DISCOUNT AND UNIT PRICING???

I am still getting to get along with Epicor and trying to learn to love
it...but it is making it hard when you would imagine that it would
automatically pull in the Discount and Unit Pricing from the Price List
into the Order Entry, using the Price Lists button.

Am I wrong? Why does this not happen? Am I doing something wrong?

Did you set the price list type as discount price list?

Did you add parts and/or product group to your discount price list

Is the discount price list effective date earlier or equal to the sales order date?

Did you link the discount price list to the customer discount price list tab?
