I agree (for what its worth) enterprise search is worth it. Info worker could be (if Epicor cared) awesome if done correctly.

Anyone using Web Access, Mobile Access, Enterprise Search, Social Enterprise, or Information Worker?


Do customizations to the UI (like adding fields) require extra work if Web Access and/or Mobile Access are used?


Pro's and Con's to installing Enterprise Search or Information worker?

You need to have some of those licensed....Â
But yes many people use them...
Customizations (most) will carry over to web access... not as much to mobileÂ

Enterprise Search is awesome

Information Worker is dreadful and no one uses it... (ok maybe 2 people use it)
