I have had it happen twice on the same form customization. Second time I created a new menu item and assigned the customization from scratch so to speak. Haven’t “heard†it has been an issue since, and I believe this is the only form I had issues with.
It was on the Part Entry screen and was an additional customization added to a form that had been customized in E9 and migrated to E10.

Users are complaining that fields and tabs added in customized forms are disappearing.
some clear the client cache and restart Epicor and the screens appear normal the first time they are opened, but subsequently the added fields and tabs (panels) are gone the next time the form is opened.
Naturally this does not happen for me *and* it does not happen for any of the users on the same RDP host that I use.
Has anyone else encountered this?
