E10 - Credit Card Processing Help

Jay

I created a new cert and that seemed to have done the trick.

Also, I don't know if it coincides but when I did a server reboot I was alerted "encryptionkeysupplyservice" was not started. I started that service along with making the new cert and it worked. I don't know which one fixed the problem but I greatly appreciate your suggestions

Thanks!

Hello

Recently, we configured ESDM in our Epicor 10 Piloting application. After initial setup and configuration, we were able to process a sales order with test data. After a server reboot, we are no longer able to complete that process.

When you open the credit card entry scrren and input the name, cc type, cc number, expiry info, and CSC ID only the name, cc type, and expiry data populates in main SO Entry CC screen. I have tried to restart the Epicor Authorization Lite service and 3 SDS services and still unable to resolve the problem.

Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

 Anthony

The only time we have had a problem saving the information in the SO Entry screen, it was a problem with our .SDSCERT file. I would verify that your certificate is configured properly and saved in C:/ProgramData/

Thank you - what do you mean by configured properly?

Thanks again for such a quick response

Configured correctly with Secure Data Manager (correct machine name, domain, user name, not expired, etc.)
