In the interim, I decided to just create a new Preprocessing directive that runs when the user is in the group and that didn’t trigger either.
In the past, I’ve never had to recycle the application pool, but I wonder if for some reason, it’s not being recognized or loaded.

Yes it should work, did you make sure to draw the line from the false side ? Can you send a screen shot of your BPM?

I can see the condition item, when building a BPM, has both a True side and a False side.
When converting our E9 BPMs, we always used the True side because that’s just how they were designed.
I’m trying to expand on one of them so that if the condition is false, it will do something else.
The condition I’m using is “The user who called the method does not belong to specific groupâ€.
I want to do something else if the user DOES belong to the group.
The true side works perfectly but when adding just a simple Show Message to the false side, it does not work. Meaning, I don’t see the Message and I don’t get any error messages during compile.
Is my understanding of how to use the False side of a condition correct? Should this work?
