Can National Account Parents cross Companies? I want to set a primary billing Parent account for an E10 Company 001 and then set Children customer records at E10 Company002 and Company003 levels.
My gut tells me No. Each company is its own context in Epicor’s model so this would have to be duplicated in each company, or made global. The National Account Links can be made global, I just don’t know if you have to do anything in the other companies like you do with creating/linking customers (I’ve got no practical application experience on this part).

No that is not possible.
At best you can maintain a Linked customer in the local company which is the National Account Parent - but you cannot share funds across companies. IMHO
