Good point. I just figured that the main time you would run into the issues are upgrade or install, in which case the information about the potential issues/solutions should be available.

I know this is old. I installed on a Windows TS and when users would RDP into the system they was getting the same error… unable to access the Active Homepage. I went into the config folder and the config files and was able to change one line… HomePageUrl value=“https://SERVERNAME.domain/EpicorTraining/Apps/Erp/Home” />“”. I removed the .domain and everything is working fine now.
