What I've done in 6.1 is create another progress app with the dynamic drop down and place a button on the vbform. The button launches the app which dynamically fills the drop down selection and when the user clicks OK, it then updates an assigned vbform field with the selected data.

Subject: [Vantage] Dynamic VB Form
Morning,
I have a need to be able to dynamically add items to a Combo-box on a VB
Form in Ver 6.1. What I would like to see is when the user opens the VB
form, it will dynamically add items to a combo box from a different
table in the database (ship via for example).
Is this possible in 6.1 or even 8 for that matter ?
Thank you in advance,
Brandon Murch
