Duplicate stub laser A/P check form

Jeff if you want to save trees why do it at all......what do you gain by
attaching a copy to the invoices? It would seem to me to be a perfect
candidate for a clerical reduction project.

We just print 2 pages when we print checks. We order/use check stock
where every other page is a "file copy". Obviously this won't solve
your current issue, but it's something to consider the next time you
order checks.

I just print checks the first time on check stock, and then do a reprint
the second time on yellow copy paper. The check routing and bank
numbers do not print either time. Probably the cheapest way to go and
you can reprint as many times as necessary. Judith

I knew that I could print the checks a second time on plain paper for
our paid invoice file. Just thought we might be able to save a few
trees. Every other business system I have worked with was capable of
printing a single ply check with duplicate remittance stubs. Thought
perhaps someone else might have done this already and would be willing
to share.

This sounds like it would be an easy mod to do to a report. Make a copy
of the report and strip out all the information that you don't want
duplicated. Insert that into the main report as a sub report.

our paid invoice file. Just thought we might be able to save a few
