I found a system bug,after deleting the last receipt in the drop shiement entry
the system will automatically update Porel.ReceivedQty to 0,but OrderRel.OurStockShippedQty is correct.
does anyone know what the problem is? EP10 Version:10.1.600.24
Porel.ReceivedQty is wrong when receiving PackSlip 220588-3
OrderRel.OurShippedQty only changes when the related packer changes. So I’d expect the OurShippedQty to match the total on the packer.
If this was not a drop ship, changing the receipt wouldn’t affect the packer.
I think the confusion arises because the packer is automatically created upon receipt of a drop shipment. Un receiving it, doesn’t “un-pack” it.
