I need to add a drop down menu to a form I am customizing, but I do not see a drop-down menu in the tool box. I was wondering if anyone has an idea on how I could accomplish this. Essentially, I need a drop down list with various status codes on it such as “Open”, “Resolved”, and “Pending”

In classic Epicor a drop down box has three different options. EpiUltraCombo, EpiCombo, and BAQCombo.
I think you want to use the EpiUltraCombo. Add it to your form and look at the properties for the control. Near the bottom, find the property named: ListItems. Click the … to fill out the items you want to be in the list.
