I am trying to enter a part into inventory through Time and Expense and it is not going in. This is the transaction history. i have recalled it and tried it and still not working 
here is how the last operation is set up. WHat am i missing? Help?
Was Auto Receive checked before you did the first edit in Time and Expense? It looks like from the Top MFG-STK transaction it is just getting it back to 0 on hand which could mean you used some of those and drove it negative or the first (268) qty reported were not Auto received from the operation.
no it wasn’t checked. So we deleted the time and expense entry then fixed it at the part level and the job level and tried it again but still is not working
What is the Tran-Qty for first transaction on that job in Part Transaction History? Is it positive or negative?
And does it say “Auto Receipt from Opr xx” in the reference field?

It is a negative and it does say Auto Receipt from Opr 20
That looks like the Auto receive box was checked after the first (268) pcs had been reported in OP 20 on the job and then that time entry was deleted in Time & Expense.
yes but when we put it in it does the variance transactions and takes it out right away
