Do we need another way for EPICOR to hear our ideas, complaints

Where exactly are the other lists you are referring to? Didn't see any
other lists in yahoo groups that I saw. Epicor User Group members webpage
is not necessarily active, accessible while being constructed.

Over the years there have been a number of calls to segment the online user
population according to a variety of criteria including product, version,
complaint, content, etc... Each of these would seek to specialize the
interaction to fit the needs of a particular segment of the community and,
while that may seem an efficient pursuit, one of the strengths of this forum
is it's diversity and, more importantly, its vitality. This is a vibrant,
active user community that have been left largely to their own to create
content, within the bounds of practicality and ethical business conduct. It
has been fairly moderated and objectively inclusive. To embark upon a path
of dissection of purpose has been proposed before with little success for
obvious reasons.

Of course, I did just get a great cross post from the
Vista\6.1.038\SQL\Report Builder\Dell\XP\Upgrades list that might apply to
the Vantage\6.0\Progress\Suggestions to Epicor\ or the Vantage\8.0.x\its
already there\ list...

I just checked the membership list ...

We have ---60--- members on the list with @... on the rear end of the
email addresses. Plus an unknown qty of employees who have joined using
their home email addresses.

We have EPICOR developers on the list, we have salespeople on the list, we
have managers on the list ...

Even though EPICOR doesn't post to this group they are clearly listening to
the list.

I've been told by a number of people that after posting messages to the list
that they were contacted by phone from EPICOR employees. So yes, they do
listen.

If you have something to say that you would like all of them to hear ...
just post a msg. It's free.
