DMT tool not working in newest upgrade in Pilot environment 2023.1.5

Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing not being able to use the DMT tool in their newly updated Pilot Environment in the cloud. We keep getting a path not found error and also it will not launch when we try to do it manually. Any help you could give would be wonderful.

Thank you for the information. I will wait just a little while to see if Tech Support sends me a fix also. Otherwise I have already downloaded the zip file and will use that method next.

Did you ever get it fixed? Our Production Environment was updated this morning and now DMT isn’t working.

I thought it was just me!
After reinstalling PILOT and LIVE, I was able to get DMT working again.

Yes the DMT tool got fixed after I sent in my findings to Tech support. I just had to reinstall my client and viola! it worked:>) Nice to have such good response from them.

Epicor did a fix sometime last week and then I was able to use the DMT tool correctly. The DMT issue was only for a few days.
