We’re currently running on 10.2.100 and I am trying to close out old quotes using DMT. I am doing a first pass on the Task List table and the DMT Details keep saying a valid Reason is required. The ReasonCode I’m using is valid for CRM Loss. Looking at the task in the Salespersons Workbench, the detail screen looks as though nothing has been updated. But, when I look at the list view, the conclusion does say lose and the CompleteDate is populated with the Date on my DMT file. Yet the Complete check box and ReasonCode remain blank. Any suggestions?
I figured it out. Despite field help showing the options for conclusion in lowercase, when I changed lose to LOSE, it worked. Problem solved.
