DMT returning Record Not Found for parts that have been active for quite a while

Upgraded two weekends ago to 2023.1.8 (from 10.2.700) - our DMT’s are erroring out for BOM management - saying the MtlPartNum record is not found, even though the part master is active (and has been for quite some time) - DMT’s are erroring out when we try to delete records as well as add new records - we cannot determine root cause and this is only now an issue with the new version.

Anyone else seeing this in the Kinetic?

I’m not sure about your version but it may be a bug in DMT. I ran into a similar one in 11.2.300.11 where BOMs would not work with DMT. This completely screwed our update (thankfully it was caught before go live) and we had to go to the next version of Epicor which for us was 2023.1.16.

Oh, that is interesting we are on 11.2.300.8, but soon patching up to .21 due to issues in job management.
